Hi, my name’s Jen and I’ve used the word ‘bespoke‘ in general conversation before. More than once. Don’t judge me… Because as anyone in architecture knows there’s plenty of BS language to go around. So I can talk to you about how I capture images that demonstrate the use of light, space, textures, traffic and airflow. But at the end of the day, they’re only part of the story. And technical details minutiae are not why clients engage an architect. Client’s engage you because they want a better life. So your images and video need to tell that story.
So before we film or photograph your residential architecture project I ask what your clients wanted and how you solved their problems. We talk about how you turned design restrictions into design features. We discuss how you sympathetically managed all the building’s relationships. Once I know this then I can tell the story of your build. And that’s what’s unique about me. I’m a highly skilled residential architecture photographer based in Brisbane. With images and video, I capture the story of how you delivered something beyond your client’s wildest imagination.
To help you tell that story I first get a really clear understanding of what you’ve created. We talk about your priorities for the images and videos. We discuss features you’d like to highlight, the best time and season to capture them, and any styling we might need. I prefer to work closely with you on-site so we can refine as we go. I think the end product is much stronger when we collaborate. I like to take what you see and show it to you in a new way. And I think that’s where my skill is. I can take your three-dimensional build and represent it as a living, breathing object in two-dimensions. I can create images and videos that connect someone to the experience of the space immediately, without explanation.
I’m an experienced Brisbane based architecture photographer and video producer, who uses images and video to tell the story of your high end residential interior builds. You can check out some of my exterior architecture and commercial interior work as well. But if you’re looking for someone who understands how to tell the story of your build, get in touch. I’d love to chat with you over tea and brownies.
